A chord is a line that goes from one point in a circle to another. Four tendons can make a tendon quadrangle. A quadrangle is a tendon quadrangle only when the sums of the amounts of the opposite angles make exactly 180^o. So the following must be obtained:

α + γ = 180°

β + δ = 180°

And this is what it would all look like:
